“Our human experience is much the same, we go through life flip-flopping between good and bad times, happy and sad, calm and restless, fearful and brave. This constantly changing weather pattern of emotions has us happily riding high one minute and completely knocked off balance the next.

We often can’t change the events that happen but we do have a choice in how we relate to them, and how we relate to the different parts of ourselves that arise in each moment. We can learn ways to develop self-care and improve quality of life by just liking ourselves a lot more.”

Lifesurfing offers a variety of support options, from schooling to mindfulness to hypnotherapy - dive in to find the strategy that’s perfect for you.
